Refund/Exchange Policy 
Defective CDs or DVDs may be returned for a full refund. Simply email us at sales@eslinger.net describing the problem. We will send you a return envelope in which to return the defective product to us. Upon receipt, a credit will be issued on your credit card immediately

Workshop/Class Cancellation Policy 
Please call us at 866-312-3159 (Toll Free) or 865-220-0777 or send an email to sales@eslinger.net.

We must have the following information for a cancellation: First name, last name, date of class/workshop, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to cancelling.

Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your registration and a full refund will be made for cancellations up to the date of the workshop/class.

Shipping Costs 
We assume all costs in shipping to us, and we assume the cost in shipping back to the customer. All replacement/repaired products are shipped USPS unless a rush is requested. The cost of such a shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer.

Warranty Procedure 
Please email us at sales@eslinger.net to describe the problem you are having with the product. Please include your name and address.

30-Day Warranty 
All products (unless specifically stated otherwise), carry an implied, industry-standard 30-Day warranty against defects due to manufacturing or failure. Warranty does not include any use of the product that does not fall into the designed use of the product as intended by the manufacturer.
